費登奎斯療法(The Feldenkrais Method®️)是由以色列科學家摩謝·費登奎斯(Moshe Feldenkrais)創立的一種身心教育體系,旨在通過重塑神經系統的動作模式,改善疼痛、僵硬與運動功能。這一療法基於神經可塑性原理,通過特定的動作引導,幫助個體重新建立大腦對身體各部位正常的運動控制模式。費登奎斯博士的理念是:「讓不可能變得可能,可能變得容易,容易變得優雅。」
動中覺察[1] (Awareness Through Movement),是一種團體課的形式,一邊聽口令,一邊做動作去感知身體。強調以輕、小、慢的方式來練習,以溫柔、自我保護與尊重的態度對待自己,採用體驗式學習系統實現改變,這不同於簡單模仿指導者動作的傳統方式。當肌肉收縮減少時,神經系統與肌肉得以重新校準,恢復平衡狀態。練習過程無需拉伸或用力,僅需最小肌肉參與。
