催眠是一種類似恍惚的醉夢狀態,處於這種狀態時,個案會處於潛意識中且更容易接受暗示,此時意識層面會放鬆,潛意識則變得更容易接觸。這並非意味著『被控制』——相反,這是催眠師與受試者之間的一個合作過程,由言語提示和意象引導。



[催眠的原理是什麼]


在催眠過程中,腦波會從活躍的β波轉變為更平靜的α波或θ波,類似做夢的狀態。這使人們能夠更自由地探索想法、感受和記憶,通常有助於提高自我意識或促進積極改變(例如改掉習慣或改善痛症)。



What makes our hypnotherapy session work more beneficial to you is that our hypnotherapist will firstly give you a full report on numerology.  It helps deepen your self understanding and raise your awareness of the co-relationship between your life path and imagery disclosed in the hypnosis process which comes after.  


Hypnosis is a trance-like state of focused concentration and heightened suggestibility, where the conscious mind relaxes, and the subconscious becomes more accessible. It’s not about being “controlled” – instead, it’s a cooperative process between the hypnotist and the subject, guided by verbal cues and imagery.



How Does It Work?


During hypnosis, brain waves shift from active beta to calmer alpha or theta states, similar to daydreaming. This allows individuals to explore thoughts, feelings, and memories more freely, often enhancing self-awareness or facilitating positive changes (like breaking habits or managing pain).
