《藏在胃部的思念》

我投身髗骶骨治療之前，是從事樓宇買賣相關的法律行政工作。那幾年我腸胃消化能力變得很不好令我大受困擾。

每逢爸爸從遠洋捕魚回來，他便會把最肥美的鮑魚龍蝦大響螺等留給我們。從小我便習慣吃這些一般人很難消化的美食，從來也沒有什麼大問題的。

後來我的好朋友學了髗骶骨治療找我做練習。他做到我腹部時我感到有一大片硬塊在我肚裏面，接着他開始問我什麼時候開始消化不良的。

突然我記起了…我熱淚盈眶。我的消化不良是在我媽媽癌症去世後開始的。

接着治療時朋友更鼓勵我有什麼話未說的、想說的就直接當媽媽在眼前全部說出來。

真是神奇的過程。原來那深深的悲傷與悔疚，就隱藏在我胃部與胰臟筋膜緊鎖的位置。在我表達了對媽媽的懷念、接受媽媽對我的祝福後、胃部的不適感驟然消失。

後來我們更一起研究如何把顱底骨技巧結合面部護理，讓我去戶外活動或飲宴盡歡之後皮膚筋膜能得到快速修復，回復光澤及彈性。

現在我們的團隊擴大了，可以把這些有效的技巧讓更加多人體驗得到，我覺得十分開心。

The Longing Hidden in My Stomach

Before I dove into craniosacral therapy, I worked in legal administration related to property transactions. For several years, I was severely troubled by my poor digestion.

Every time my dad returned from his deep-sea fishing trips, he'd save the juiciest abalones, lobsters, and giant conchs for us. Since I was a kid, I'd been used to these delicacies that most people find hard to digest, and I'd never had any big issues.

Then, a good friend who'd learned craniosacral therapy asked if she could practice on me. When she worked on my abdomen, I felt a large, hard mass inside. Right after, she started asking me when my digestion problems began.

Suddenly, it hit me…. Tears welled up in my eyes. My digestion issues had started right after my mom passed away from cancer.

During the treatment, my friend encouraged me to say everything I'd left unsaid, as if my mom were right there in front of me.

It was a magical process. Turns out, that deep - seated sadness and guilt had been locked away in the tightened fascia around my stomach and pancreas. Once I expressed how much I missed my mom and accepted the blessings I believed she'd want for me, the discomfort in my stomach vanished instantly.

Later on, we even collaborated on integrating craniosacral techniques with facial care. This way, after outdoor activities or big banquets, the fascia in my skin could quickly recover, regaining its glow and elasticity.

Now that our team has grown, and more people can experience these effective techniques, I couldn't be happier.
