我曾是一名電影與音樂製作人，致力於扶持中國香港、台灣地區的新銳劇情片及紀錄片導演，還有歌手。我鼓勵他們釋放創作潛能，透過作品折射出對不同境遇下人性的獨特共情。

在參加多次內觀禪修營後，我意識到自己已能將深度自省的經驗轉化為敏銳感知他人內在需求的能力。

師從啟蒙導師Etienne Peirsman後，我轉型投身筋膜治療領域，成為專職治療師，並開始邀請更多志同道合的同行加入。如今，我不僅引導患者踏上自我療癒之路，還在香港擔任CST（顱骶療法）導師，將專業治療智慧傳遞給更多人。

The Unlikely Transition: From Nurturing Artists to Healing Souls

I was once a film and music producer dedicated to nurturing emerging feature and documentary film directors and singers in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. I sought to encourage them to unleash their creative potential, reflecting a unique sense of empathy for human nature at different circumstances through their art pieces.

After attending several Vipassana meditation camps, I realised I had reached a stage where I could apply my experience in deep introspection to keenly discern others' inner needs.

Transitioning into the field of fascia therapy after learning from my inspiring mentor Etienne Peirsman, I became a devoted therapist and started to invite more like-minded therapists to join the same journey.

Now I am not only guiding patients on paths of self-healing but also serve as an CST tutor, imparting my professional therapeutic expertise to a bigger crowd in Hong Kong.
